To recognize the accomplishments our high achieving student scholar athletes, athletic boosters along with Genesee Valley Rotary present academic awards to senior scholar athletes that have or maintain a 3.5 gpa or better while playing a sport (fall, winter and spring seasons). These awards are presented during the winter and spring Meet the Team nights and then again at Honors Night.
Athletic Booster Senior Varsity Scholarships
Athletic Boosters provide three $500 scholarships (Chuck Scvarda memorial award-male & female recipients, and US Army Spc Richard Trevithick memorial award) to senior athletes each year. To be eligible, the family must be a current booster member. Applications and additional eligibility requirements are available in the high school counseling office.

In an effort to improve our operational procedures within our organization we are implementing a new funding request process. In addition to a more efficient process, these improvements provide a clear definition of eligible requests as well as including recipient guidelines. This change will be effective starting with the booster board meeting, September 18th 2006. For any funding request from this date forward please follow the attached process, completing the funding application form as outlined.
