Swartz Creek Community Education Registration Instructions and Form

 

  1. You should register as soon as possible and no later than three days prior to the start of the class. 
  2. Our office will only notify registrants if a class is full or has been cancelled.  It is not the policy of the Community Education Department to confirm the class(es) for which you have registered.  If there is a change in class due to instructor illness or inclement weather, we will try to make every effort to contact you.  It is very important to include a home and work telephone number on every registration. 
  3. For reasons beyond our control, it is sometimes necessary to change faculty, location, time and date.  Your understanding in these circumstances will be appreciated.  Thank you.
  4. Additional fees and/or materials are required in some courses.  Check the course description for the cost of such fees, which are paid directly to the instructor.
  5. Full refunds will be made if the class is cancelled by Swartz Creek Community Education.
  6. NO refunds will be given unless you request a refund three or more days before a class begins.  If you are not satisfied after your first day (for classes that meet more than once), we would be happy to give you a credit toward a future class or a refund.  No shows will not receive a refund!
  7. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks. 
  8. Senior citizen gold pass card holders receive a 15% discount on all leisure time classes and a free open swim. 

 

To enroll in Community Education classes:

By Phone: (Mastercard/VISA only):  Call our office between 12 PM and 6 PM, Monday – Friday, 810.591.4388. 

By Mail:  Complete the enrollment form and mail with payment to:

Swartz Creek Community Education, Attn: Registration, 8197 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek MI 48473 
DO NOT MAIL CASH!  Make checks payable to SCCE (Swartz Creek Community Education).

In Person:  Complete the enrollment form and bring it to our office located in the Mary Crapo Building.
