Registration is still going on for 2008-09 Kindergarten students.  Please stop by the Administration Building located at 8354 Cappy Lane between the hours of 8:00 -3:00 p.m.   You will need to bring the following information to register your child:

Child’s original birth certificate

Proof of Immunizations

Child’s social security card

Proof of vision or hearing screening

Parent’s Drivers license or Michigan I.D. with correct address

And, one proof of residency (consumers or a mortgage statement or a rent agreement)

Round up times and dates are filling up fast so please register your student early so testing can be done prior to school starting. Registration is open to all Swartz Creek resident children who will be 5 years of age on or before December 1, 2008.   Please contact the Office of Instruction/Pupil Services if you have any questions regarding registration, (810)591-2385.
