REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT

Welcome to Swartz Creek Community Schools!

Swartz Creek residents can register at each building or print forms available through this web site.  Parents or legal guardians must complete the enrollment process in person.  Please, do not mail or fax forms. 

The Office of Instruction/Pupil Services is located at 8354 Cappy Lane in the Administration Building.  Summer Office hours are 8:00 – 3:00 p.m.
