| Gil Berry: (December 2006): Just stumbled across the website. I am 1960 grad of SC. Now retired (from GM and Saturn) and living in Westminster, California. Married (44 years - brought her home with me from Vietnam), two children, three grandchildren. Wife and I spend a lot of time treasure hunting (metal detecting) the southern California beaches. (And, yes, we DO find good stuff!) I still play steel guitar - and a lot better than I did in high school. My brothers Larry (class of '64) and Bob (class of '68) and sister Beverly (class of '66) all alive and well. Larry lives in Tennessee, Bob in Alabama, and Beverly still in Michigan (Elsie). Love to hear from classmates. | |

| Daniel F. Spaniola: Retired from Genesee County Sheriff Department in 1991 after 25 years of service. Currently run my father's store (Paul's Pipe Shop) in Flint. Live in SC with wife Cheryl, married her in November 1972. Have 6 children (5 sons, 1 daughter). Have taken up golf since retiring and still currently bowl in Durand. Various side jobs and sales opportunities, also. | |
| Class of 1965 | Jim Holmquist (August 2008) I am the Lead System Engineer at Wake Forest University / Baptist Medical Center. I have been in the medical field or on its fringes the majority of the time since graduation. Currently I am living in North Carolina. I am married and have two children. I am looking forward to living close to the beautiful Carolina beaches and the excellent fishing opportunities, in retirement (soon). |
| Pat Bernier: (August 2007) I retired in December 2007 after working for 36 years as Director of Rehabilitation Services at Oakwood Annapolis Hospital. My plan now is to move to my lake house in Gladwin, Michigan, travel and further develop photography skills. | |

Nancy (Bondarenko) Johnson: (April 2007)
Married for 39 years to the same wonderfully, patient man. Son 32 and
one almost 30. No grandchildren. Worked in retailing and banking
except for 13 years to raise children. Started in Real Estate in 1992
and opened own company in 2000. Husband is a builder and both sons work
with us. Been in 5 states total but will not leave Northwest Arkansas
for anything. Look forward to seeing everyone at 42nd reunion in

| Bruce J. Brady: (June 2007) Greetings for Southern California. I am now living and working in the city of San Jacinto CA. I started working as the Senior Buyer for the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District in December of 2006. The District has two campuses, one in San Jacinto and one in Menifee, CA (called the Menifee Valley campus). | Class of 1966 | Gary Dolehanty: (May 2008) Joined the USAF, and retired as an E8 after 21 years. Married to my wife of over 34 years, whom I met while stationed in England. We have 2 children and 2 grand kids. Moved around to several different states since I retired. The wife and I are currently living in Nashville TN, where I am a Financial Analyst for a large international company. |
| Jack DeRoche: (January 2008) Hi, Class of 66. Married twice,.. been married for more than 30 years... her and ours children, have 6 . Retired in 1987, bought this place up in Atlanta, Mi. Small town like Swartz Creek used to be. Raised deer and elk until 2 years ago...now just play with grandchildren and hotrods, have several hotrods plus snow and sand toys.... fun. | Duane Bentley: (December 2006) I'm been at GE Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati, Ohio for the last 30 years. Currently the Program GM of the jet engine program for the wide body Boeing 747 / 767 and Airbus aircraft. Been married for 35 years and have two sons. One is a US Army Officer and Apache pilot. The other is a CPA. Built my own high performance experimental aircraft (200 mph cruise) and been flying it for 2 years. | |

Eddie Childs: (June 2006) I went
to Swartz Creek and should have graduated in '66 but failed to do so. I
went in the service in '67 and went to Viet Nam in January of "68.
When I got out of the service I worked for a mortuary removable service for
22 years. I still live in Swartz Creek and I am drawing a pension from the
V.A. It's an Agent Orange thing. I golf a lot and try to find other people
that have had an influence on my life. Sure would like to find some of my

Coffield: (November 2004)After
graduating from Michigan
State with a degree in zoology, I worked for
eight years as a park ranger and naturalist including at Badlands
National Park in South Dakota and Denali and Katmai National Parks in
Alaska. Then settled in
Minnesota. Spent 15 years visiting schools with my assembly programs on
Alaskan brown bears and the giant panda. Am the author/illustrator of
coloring books on brown bears and the Badlands. I
now live on a small farm 40 miles south of Minneapolis with my wife Pat
and daughter Elizabeth. I raise beef cattle and chickens and visit
nursing homes and senior communities with slide talks on animals and
nature.

Anthony (Tony) Vallillo: (April
2006) After college I went to pilot training in the USAF,
and after 5 years flying big jets for Uncle Sam, I
jumped over to my current job - airline pilot for American Airlines in New
York. Now, after 29 years, I'm flying the big jets for AA to places like
Rome, Paris, and the Caribbean, and will retire when I turn 60, in another
3 and a half years (from 2006). **I
attended Swartz Creek HS for grades 9 and 10, in 1964 and 1965. We moved
to western Pennsylvania, so I didn't actually graduate with the class of
'67, but I was part of it for two years.

| Class of 1969 | Dave Edson: (April 2008) I am married (35 years in July) to Karen (Carmen class of 70) and live in Almont, MI. I am an electrical engineer, currently working as a contractor. We have 3 children and will have our 7th grandchild in May. I’m a ham radio operator (WB8LWS) and also bowl on occasion. |
| James Toler: (November 2006) I am now retired, sort of, after teaching 29 years in the Gaylord Public Schools. I taught sixth grade math and Science. I also coached the junior high track and cross country teams for 20 years. During those twenty years my boys track team won ten conference championships in a row. I currently do a little substitute teaching and still coach the junior high cross country team. My wife, Pamela, retired after 26 years as VP for Fifth Third Bank here in Gaylord. Other interests include amateur radio, motorcycling, distance running, reading, and wintering in Florida. |
