2006-2007 ATHLETIC FACILITY ADVERTISING AGREEMENT

The Swartz Creek School District agrees to display your banner or sign at the agreed upon Athletic Facility for the period of up to 3 school years.  Since public school policies are subject to change due to legislative action and other outstanding influences, Swartz Creek School District reserves the right to terminate any advertising arrangements that conflict with district policy or legislation.  No signs or banners shall include tobacco, firearms or alcohol advertising.

This agreement is establishes between the Swartz Creek School District and the company listed below.  Banners or signs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits and consistent with district policies. 

The company agrees and understands that Swartz Creek Schools must approve any signs or banners that are displayed.  All banners/signs will be no greater than 4' x 8'.  District does not warrant company provided signs and retains the right to remove unsightly banners without refund of advertising fee.  District will notify company in advance of such action.
