Eligibility Standards - 2.0 G.P.A. for the marking periods/semester

Grounds for appeal/special cases or factors to be considered:

    1. Family Environment
    2. Past Academic Performance
    3. School Behavior (attendance, tardiness, referrals, suspensions)
    4. "Special Needs" academically
    5. Appeal History
    6. Health Issues

If you fall below a 2.0 G.P.A. and feel you have special circumstances that fall under these catergories, please complete this form and return it to the Athletic Office.
