This is not a guarantee that we will award bids to local businesses but an affirmation that Swartz Creek Community Schools will make every effort to communicate so that you have a fair opportunity.  Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive omissions, irregularities or clerical errors not affecting substantial compliance with the plans and specifications.  Owner reserves the right to award total bid package or partial project awards whichever is in the best interest of the District.
