BASKETBALL CONCESSIONS:

One of our biggest fundraisers of the year is working the concessions for home basketball games.   There are many home games so many volunteers are needed.  Please consider serving the class in this way. If you are willing to help with concessions please contact Terrianne Harnden via email  tharnden@swcrk.org

 

FASHION SHOW UPDATE:

We have a tentative date for the Fashion Show and will need many volunteers to help with this event.  We have requested March 5^th but it is possible that the date might change as the winter sports schedule is finalized.   If you are interested in helping with the Fashion Show, please contact Chandra Thomas-Ingersoll at 810.240.3810 or via email at chandra_s_ingersoll@uhc.com   Parents are needed for organizing this event and to correspond with the stores donating the clothing.  More information will be given at the class meetings in November and December.

PROM:

The Junior-Senior Prop is Saturday, May 8^th at the Holiday Inn Gateway Center.   At a recent junior class meeting a variety of themes were discussed and the list has been narrowed down.  Final voting on the Prom theme will happen soon.  At the November 19^th meeting we will be forming Prom Committees made up of students and parents.  We need student input in order to make the best decisions about the menu, decorations, DJ, favors etc.
