Co-op Rules.......................................50 pts.

  • Failure to call coordinator when you're absent from school or work.(-5 pts)

  • Failure to turn in time sheet.(-5 pts)

  • Failure to turn in time sheet on time. (-2 pts)

  • Other violations of co-op rules. (varies)

Written Assignments................................50 pts.

Coordinator's Evaluation..........................50 pts.

  • Growth on the job

  • Attitude toward job

  • Maturity

  • Other

Total points each marking period.................250 pts.


Failure of co-op, reduction of grade,
and/or loss of credit may occur for:

  • Insufficient points. (See grading scale below)

  • Insufficient hours of work. (Minimum of 550/year, 275/semester)

  • If  you are fired from or quit your job.

  • If  you drop co-op without permission from your coordinator.

  • Failure to follow co-op rules.
