SWARTZ CREEK HIGH SCHOOL

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Swartz Creek requires two proofs of residency when a new student enrolls in the district.  One proof will be the parent or legal guardian’s drivers license or Michigan ID with the current address.  The second proof of residency could be one of the following:

• Rent receipt

• Mortgage payment receipt

• Utility bill (water, heat, electricity)

• Property tax bill

The district can not use cell phone bills or vehicle information as proof of residency.
