Swartz Creek Community Schools has prepared an exemplary plan of learning options for our students in the fall. We are basing our plan on family choice, and we will be offering three learning modalities that will support the learning needs and family wishes of our students.  This page contains information about our three modalities, our safety protocols, and also the required Learning Modality Selection Form.  Please see these resources below to help you make the most informed decision possible.

Please click on the modality titles below to download any of the informational flyers:

Student and staff safety is a major consideration in these selections!  Please review our District’s planned safety protocols for each of the phases established by our State.

To officially select which modality, parents want for each of their children, please complete (1) form per each child to ensure that we receive any customization parents may need within their families. Please click on “Parent Modality Selection Form” below to complete your needed selection forms:

Please Note: Our district’s plans are dependent on the Governor determining that our region remains in Phase 4 or higher.  If we are placed back into Phase 3 or lower, we will only be able to offer online/distance learning to our students.
Parents with questions regarding any of the learning modalities may want to review our FAQ to assist with selecting the modality that best fits their child's needs.
