
Thank you PTO for donating the items to our school store! The event was a huge hit. Kids loved entering tickets into the item buckets!
Addie H. Won the Stanley cup, Cody B. Won the 150 piece art set, Alexa G. won the giant purple plush, and Trenton B won the $30 DoorDash ticket.



Over 350 SCMS students earned all 3's and 4s in every one of their CREEK scores for every class on their 1st marking period report card! To reward their positive CREEK behavior, on Friday, we walked to the PAC to watch the first act of the high school production , "The Little Shop of Horrors." The students really enjoyed the play and we thank the high school drama club for this special performance!

SCMS stem wing was packed again today-as usual! Sixth graders are building parachutes, seventh graders were measuring spring tension, and eighth graders were brainstorming designs for their pumpkin launchers. Definitely using our new spaces from the last bond proposal! Vote 11/5!





Excellent Halloween concert put on this evening by our 7th and 8th grade bands led by Mrs. Murdock and Ms. Cole!

Treyton came down to the office to rock some Metallica yesterday! It's always so great to see our students share their gifts!!! This week's positivity project is creativity and Treyton is very creative with how he teaches himself the guitar.

Mrs. Sarah Foote wore her literary book dress today and is reading Hidden Figures to her 7th grade class. Hidden Figures is the biography of three African American women who solved complex mathematical problems for NASA and advised astronauts and engineers!
