WOW—my heart
is full! Thank you to the amazing students, staff, and families of Dieck Elementary for making National School Principals Day so incredibly special. From the creative, personalized t-shirts and thoughtful homemade crafts to the sweet handwritten notes, beautiful drawings, and all of my favorite snacks and drinks—you truly outdid yourselves!
Every gift, every word, every smile reminded me how lucky I am to be part of this incredible Dragon family. But the greatest gift of all is getting to work alongside each of you every single day. I love being an elementary principal because I get to witness our students’ growth, support our dedicated staff, and partner with our families to help everyone succeed.
Thank you for welcoming me into Dieck this year. We have something truly special here.

I’ve got to tell you… there were moments I had tears in my eyes because my heart was so full. Watching you express yourselves with such courage and joy reminded me what learning and growing is all about. It takes bravery, strength, and perseverance—and YOU showed that Dragons can do hard things and shine while doing them! 💪❤️
A huge THANK YOU to our audience for coming out to support our performers and encouraging them to do their best!

All actors will be asked to cold read in groups and sing a 30-60 second song of their choice (Disney or Broadway preferred)
