In accordance with Michigan Complied Law (MCL) 380.1923 the Swartz Creek Community School District is making the approved post-graduation opportunities informational packet available to the students and families of our District.

To ensure that this valuable resource is fully utilized, designated secondary school personnel will be providing this information directly to our Gr. 8-12 students so that they may commence or continue their planning efforts regarding these post-graduation opportunities in conjunction with the development of their Educational Development Plans (EDP's). Students and families may also want to check out additional resources made available through Xello which is the platform where all students create and update their personalized EDP's.
